Legal Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fuelwise Energy Academy regarding your use of our educational platform, programs, and services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
This agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the most specific provision applicable to your situation shall govern. Your acceptance of these terms creates enforceable legal obligations and rights.
User Obligations and Conduct

2. Academic Integrity
You are required to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity throughout your enrollment. This obligation includes:
- Completing all assignments and assessments with your own original work
- Properly citing and attributing sources in accordance with academic standards
- Refraining from plagiarism, cheating, or other forms of academic dishonesty
- Not sharing assessment questions or answers with others
- Not using unauthorized materials or assistance during examinations
- Reporting suspected violations of academic integrity to program administrators
3. Professional Behavior
As a member of our educational community, you agree to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and professionalism
- Engage constructively in discussions and collaborative activities
- Provide honest and constructive feedback when requested
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind
- Respect the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of community members
- Maintain confidentiality when discussing sensitive or proprietary information shared in courses
4. Responsible Use of Platform
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You must safeguard your login credentials, use the platform only for its intended educational purposes, and promptly report any security concerns or inappropriate content. Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fuelwise Energy Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of our services.
Liability and Warranties
1. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding specific educational or career outcomes
- Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the platform is free of viruses or harmful components
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fuelwise Energy Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your inability to use the service or access content
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
- Damages arising from third-party content or services linked from our platform
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
3. Consequential Damages Exclusion
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from or relating to delays in course commencement, changes to curriculum, instructor substitutions, technical difficulties, or interruptions in service access. We are not responsible for any consequences of your reliance on information provided through our platform for professional decisions or career changes.
4. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. In such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure circumstance.
5. Educational Outcomes
While we design our programs to support professional development, we make no guarantees regarding employment, promotion, salary increases, or other career outcomes. Individual results vary based on numerous factors including prior experience, personal effort, market conditions, and employer requirements. Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and are not typical results.
Dispute Resolution and Legal Terms
1. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
2. Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, you agree to the following resolution process:
- Step 1 - Direct Communication: First attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our support team at info@domain.com with a detailed description of the issue
- Step 2 - Formal Notice: If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, provide written notice of the dispute with proposed resolution
- Step 3 - Mediation: Both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing litigation
- Step 4 - Legal Action: Only after exhausting good faith attempts at mediation may either party pursue legal remedies
3. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
4. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any program-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fuelwise Energy Academy regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
6. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Fuelwise Energy Academy.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to your registered email address
- Prominent notice on our platform homepage
- Updated date at the top of this document
- In-platform notifications for enrolled participants
Changes will become effective 30 days after notification unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of our services before the effective date.
For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we may require affirmative acceptance before you can continue using our services.
Assignment and Transfer
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law, without your consent. We will provide notice of any such assignment that materially affects your rights.
