Service Access Requirements

Significant changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated in advance when feasible. Content Ownership

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content provided through our platform, are owned by Fuelwise Energy Academy or our content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes.

User-Generated Content Rights

When you submit assignments, participate in discussions, or otherwise create content on our platform, you retain ownership of your work. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for educational and platform improvement purposes. This includes using anonymized examples of student work for instructional purposes.

License Grants

Your enrollment provides you with a limited license to:

• Access and view course materials during your enrollment period
• Download materials explicitly designated as downloadable

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and procedures vary by program. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within seven days of enrollment for consideration. Refunds are not available after course materials have been substantially accessed or after the refund window has closed. Please review the specific refund policy for your program during enrollment.

Payment Methods
